POLICIES
At Phillip William Salon we do our best to always be as accommodating to our clients. Like you, we have busy schedules and collectively acknowledge how valuable our time is. That said, we also understand that sometimes, life happens. We've come up with what we think is a fair and just policy for both our clients and ourselves, and are confident you will agree.
All of our stylists here at Phillip William Salon are seasoned professionals, confident in their knowledge and skill. This has placed them in a position of demand and as such, double-booking and a strict down-to-the-minute schedule is required. Out of respect for all parties and to keep the salon flowing in an orderly manner, please understand that the following policies are rigidly adhered to.
CANCELLATIONS
Confirmation calls are made a minimum of 48 hours in advance as a courtesy to our clients to allow them a 24-hour period in which they may cancel or reschedule their appointment if need be. This allows us enough time to fill the open spot with a client off our waiting list and leaves the stylist without undesirable gaps in their schedule.
Canceling less than 24 hours in advance leaves us in a situation of not being able to fill the opening, therefore the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full dollar amount of the scheduled appointment. These charges must be paid for in full before any future appointments can be made.
If for any reason (other than an emergency), a stylist must cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the client will receive 50% off their next scheduled appointment.
Tardiness
We allow a 15-minute grace period to all of our clients, however, to ensure that our stylists stay on schedule, any client that is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment (for whatever reason) will be required to reschedule.
As is the nature of any chemical reaction, on rare occasions it doesn't turn out as planned. If a stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind for such reason, a courtesy call will be made as soon as the situation is realized, to alert the next client of the delay.
Children
Don't get us wrong, we love our tiny clientele just as much as our grown-up clientele, but as a courtesy to all parties involved, we ask that children under the age of 10 be accompanied by an adult while in the waiting area. Thank you.
Pets
In accordance with health code regulations, no pets of any kind will be permitted in Phillip William Salon.
